What does Canova Systems actually do?
We build an automated system that answers every call and form in seconds, books the estimate on your calendar, follows up on the leads that go quiet, reactivates past customers, and keeps you found in search including AI search. The whole point is to stop losing jobs to whoever answered first.
How much does it cost?
Individual services start low: a website from $297 a month, a virtual receptionist and AI search visibility at $497 a month each, and a one-time automation assessment at $897. The full Speed to Lead system is priced to your market and job volume, so you get a straight number on a call. Ad spend is always separate.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. The full Speed to Lead system comes with 10 booked estimates in your first 30 days or you do not pay, and we get you live in 7 days or your first month is free. The automation assessment refunds the full $897 if we cannot surface at least 3 real opportunities.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No long contracts. The individual services are month to month, cancel anytime. The full system runs on a 90 day commitment because that is how long it takes to prove out, and the first 30 days are guaranteed anyway.
Is there a minimum I need to be doing?
For the full Speed to Lead system we take on operators doing about $10k a month or more, because that is where it pays for itself fast. If you are under that, start with a single service and move up when the volume is there.
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. Ad spend goes straight to Google or Facebook and is separate from our fee. We help you set a budget that matches what your crew can actually service.
Do you only work with land clearing companies?
Land clearing and land management are our home turf, but the same system works for any blue collar trade where the phone rings while your hands are full: excavation, tree service, forestry mulching, demolition, grading, and more.
Will the automated system sound robotic to my customers?
It answers on your existing number and is set up to sound like a real person from your shop, asking the questions you would ask. The job is to catch and book the lead, not to announce that it is automated.
How fast can I be up and running?
The full system is live within 7 days, or your first month is free. Individual services like a website can be live even faster.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in St. Louis and serve operators across Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, and the wider Midwest. We can run the same system anywhere in the US and Canada.
